Olusegun Obasanjo, a former President of Nigeria, Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) Presidential candidate in 2023, and Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, are meeting in London.
Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, and Samuel Ortom of Benue were among the other governors present during the meeting.
As of the time of publication, it was not possible to discern the meeting’s specifics, but observers believe it might have something to do with the general elections in 2023.
Recalls that Wike and Atiku Abubakar’s (PDP) presidential campaign have been engaged in a verbal battle since the party’s primary results were announced.
